Last reviewed on 2026-09-05. This notice explains how the GLAUX 210 website and email list use personal information.

Who is responsible

GLAUX 210 is the public-facing brand operated by Nikolaos Pata — operating GLAUX 210, who is the data controller for this website and email list. Country of establishment: Netherlands. Privacy contact: info@glaux210.com.

Email updates

You can use the website without joining the email list. If you sign up, we use your email address to confirm your request and send only the updates you select: the DROP 001 availability notice and, if separately chosen, future GLAUX 210 drops and offers. Each choice is based on your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)).

We process your email address, your selected options, and the dates of the request, confirmation and any withdrawal. We also use limited technical information where necessary to prevent abuse and protect the service, based on our legitimate interests (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). We do not ask for your name, postal address, birthday or payment details for this list.

A subscription becomes active only after you confirm it through the verification email. Every message includes a link to stop all emails or only future drops and offers.

Cookies and Instagram

Cookie choices are separate from email subscription choices. You can review the cookies used by this website and manage your choices through our Cookie Policy and settings.

Instagram content remains off unless you allow it. If enabled, Meta receives technical information such as your IP address and browser information and may use cookies or similar technologies. Meta explains its processing and international transfers in its privacy information and cookie information. Turning Instagram off prevents new loading by this website but cannot remove information or cookies already received by Meta.

Our subscription confirmation emails do not contain tracking pixels.

How long we keep information

Service providers

We use website-hosting and email-delivery providers only as needed to operate and protect the service. Email delivery also involves the mailbox provider you choose. We do not sell the list or share it with advertisers or social networks. If a service provider processes personal information outside the EEA, we require an appropriate legal transfer mechanism where applicable.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. Details that could weaken the security of the service are not published in this notice.

Your choices and rights

You can stop all messages, or just future drops and offers, using the unsubscribe link in our emails. No login, payment or explanation is required. You can also contact info@glaux210.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before it.

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. We may ask only for information reasonably necessary to verify the request. We normally respond within one month; where the GDPR permits an extension, we explain it within that first month. Some narrowly limited records may be retained where a lawful exception to erasure applies; we explain any such decision.

You can complain to Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (AP), or to a competent supervisory authority in the place of your habitual residence, work or the alleged infringement. We do not use this list for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Changes

We update this notice when the way we use personal information changes. Where a new purpose or service requires consent, it will not be enabled for existing subscribers automatically.
